All our deliveries are carefully packed and sent directly to your doorstep.
Harley & Lola provide free UK mainland delivery for all orders*.
Furniture
We aim to deliver your furniture order within 7-10 working days. At checkout you will be asked for your telephone number so we can contact you to schedule delivery.
For furniture deliveries we will try our best to deliver on a convenient day and you will be contacted with available time slots – so there’s no need to stay in all day waiting.
We will make one attempted delivery, if no one is present at the confirmed time of delivery the driver will leave a “we called card” stating time and date and drivers name and ask you to contact us to re-arrange delivery. A surcharge may be applied for each delivery attempt as all deliveries are confirmed prior to goods leaving our premises.
Standard furniture delivery excluding pallet deliveries is to a room of your choice on the ground floor only, if you require delivery to a higher floor please select 2 man delivery at check out. Please take note of any tight spaces that may hinder delivery to a certain room.

If you have requested delivery to a specific room, the team do a site survey to ensure it is possible and safe to deliver to the requested room. If this is not deemed possible we will work with you to identify the best place for your furniture.
Please be advised that whilst every care will be taken by the delivery team, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur to your property or possessions whilst your assembly and/or delivery is in progress. Please therefore take care to cover your carpets or furniture or floor covering or wooden floors with sufficient protection to accommodate the assembly/delivery process. Please remove pictures and valuables from the delivery area. In the unlikely event any damage is caused within your property, nothwithstanding it having been protected, this must be identified to the driver prior to departure and noted on the paperwork.
Once the delivery has been made please check the item thoroughly before signing for it. Any damage must be noted on the delivery sheet before signing or the delivery must be refused.
During exceptionally busy periods, delivery may take longer than the times stated. We will endeavor to keep you informed of any such delays.

Items dispatched by standard delivery should arrive within 3-5 working days.

Currently Harley & Lola only ship orders to the UK. There may be a surcharge for orders outside mainland UK or the Scottish Highlands, please contact us at support@harleyandlola.com before ordering if you are unsure.
