Living Room Looks - Cozy Textiles

Share:

As autumn falls to winter and the crackle of fires and glow of lights replaces that of the outdoors, there is no better time to get cosy in the living room.

Cosy Textiles by Harley and Lola

Rollin' Rollin' Rollin' Raw Hide

Adding a delightful cow hide accessory to any room brings a touch of the Wild West and autumnal warmth. The patchwork effect Cow Hide Pouffe (1.) adds an interesting textile to a room adorned with subtle leathers and in ivory or beige.

Fifty shades of leather

With textures being the key to any cosy living room set up, complementing cosy throws with stand out products such as the Capri Leather Side Table (2.) creates a dramatic and sophisticated look. Leather need not be limited to cushions or pouffes, with a range of incredible leather textiles. Soft, brushed leather akin to suede softens any room, whereas hardened and shiny leather is a fabulous contrast to soft, faux fur rugs and shaggy throws.

Double denim

Whilst there were legends in the eighties who typify their era with the double denim look, this can be used in a living space to create a cosy, modern finish. Cosy up a plain white living room with the addition of a denim scatter rug and Denim Scatter Cushion (3.). One thing this denim won't do is give you the blues!

Stars and stripes

Combining and contrasting patterns and fabrics can create a cosy living space. Fluffy rugs, cosy knits and textured throws offer a range of sumptuous textures that give warmth to spaces. The bold Zig Zag Cushion (4.) makes a statement when used to enliven a denim pouffe. Take a plain, warm terracotta room and add a detailed, soft rug to create a warming, homely feel. The Benni Rug (5.) is just perfect for this!

Flick on the low lights and get these looks for your cosy living room!
